These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and DOCWHIZZ LTD (PrepIt) ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the PrepIt mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

1. AI-GENERATED CONTENT & DISCLAIMERS

PrepIt utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to generate meal plans, nutritional estimates, and recipes.

• Informational Purposes Only: All content is provided for general informational purposes. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Accuracy of Data: AI-generated content may contain errors. You acknowledge that nutritional values, prep times, and instructions are estimates. You are responsible for verifying all information before consumption.
• Safety & Handling: PrepIt is not responsible for any injury or illness resulting from food preparation, storage, or cooking techniques suggested by the AI.

2. HEALTH, ALLERGY, AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Your health and safety are your primary responsibility.

• Allergen Alert: While PrepIt allows you to set dietary preferences, the AI may not perfectly filter all allergens. You must cross-reference all suggested ingredients with physical product labels.
• Consult a Professional: Always consult with a physician or registered dietitian before beginning a new meal plan, especially if you have underlying conditions such as diabetes, food allergies, or pregnancy.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

• Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

PrepIt offers a hybrid billing system. Your rights and obligations depend on how you purchased your subscription.

• Payment Methods:
  • App Store Transactions: Payments processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the terms and conditions of those respective platforms.
  • Direct/Web Transactions: Payments made via our website or via direct web-checkout (e.g., Credit Card, Stripe, or Apple/Google Pay through a web browser) are processed by our third-party payment processors.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing period. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellations and Refunds:
  • For App Store purchases, you must manage cancellations and refund requests through your Apple or Google account settings.
  • For Direct/Web purchases, you can manage your subscription via the PrepIt Web Portal/User Settings. Refunds for web purchases are handled at the sole discretion of PrepIt.

5. USER CONTENT AND DATA

• Your Content: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process the data you input (e.g., dietary preferences, photos, or recipe edits) to provide and improve our AI services.
• Privacy: Your data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we protect your personal and financial information.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Service, including its design, code, and the proprietary AI prompts used to generate meal plans, is owned by PrepIt (DocWhizz). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or AI models of PrepIt.
• Use the App to create a competing product or service.
• Input harmful, illegal, or offensive content.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepIt (DocWhizz) and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, health issues, allergic reactions, or data loss) arising from your use of the Service.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. You and PrepIt DocWhizz irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
